Before worrying, I check my junk mail to see if the confirmation email is there.

If I have not received any confirmation email in my inbox nor in my junk mail, I go to my dashboard on HomeCamper. 

Then, I can send myself another email by clicking on "Check" : 

If after all these steps I still haven't received anything I contact the HomeCamper team.
