To decline a booking request:

  • I log onto my account
  • I go to my Dashboard, my bookings will appear and I click on "View".
  • Then I click on "Answer now".
  • A page will appear detailing the request (number of people - message from the guest...), I go down to the bottom of the page and I click on "Decline":
  • The window below will appear. I leave a message to my guests explaining why I have to decline ;-) then I click on "Decline".
