If something unforeseen happens before I go camping, I can cancel my booking by going to "Your trips".

Then I click on "Details" or "Cancel", at the bottom of the page.

If I want cancel my reservation I have until midnight on the evening of my arrival, and no worries, I will be fully refunded within 4 to 5 working days maximum.

Regarding a cancellation or refund after that time, I must make an amicable arrangement with my host who will receive the money the day after my arrival.

Obviously, if I have to cancel, the sooner the better. I do not forget that my cancellation will have consequences for the host who may be penalized by this cancellation. Indeed, it is not certain that he will find a guest at that time. I therefore explain to him the reasons of my cancellation.
