If I cancel my booking...

  • If I cancel my booking up to the day before my coming (midnight at the latest), no worries, I will be fully refunded within 4 to 5 working days maximum.

  • If I couldn't cancel before midnight, or if I have to leave my host's garden in a hurry, I will have to make an amicable arrangement with my host, as HomeCamper has already completed the transaction and will not be able to intervene.

Obviously, if I have to cancel, the sooner the better. I do not forget that my cancellation will have consequences for the host who may be penalized by this cancellation. Indeed, it is not certain that he will find a guest at that time. I therefore explain to him the reasons for my cancellation.

If a guest cancels my booking...

If a host cancels my reservation (he can do it up to 24 hours before my arrival), no worries, I will be fully refunded within 4 to 5 working days maximum!
